Is the QuickBooks integration available today?

Not yet. The QuickBooks integration is on our product roadmap. Today, you can use CSV export from Cargizon to move bills, purchase orders, and invoice data into QuickBooks. We are actively designing the direct integration and will announce availability through our product updates.

Which version of QuickBooks will be supported?

We are planning to support QuickBooks Online through its official API. Support for QuickBooks Desktop will depend on demand. If Desktop matters to your team, let us know so we can weigh it in the roadmap.

Will I need an accountant or developer to set it up?

Our goal is a guided setup inside Cargizon with sensible defaults for account and item mapping, so most teams will not need a developer. Some mapping to your chart of accounts may be needed to make sure charges post where you want them.

Can I use Cargizon before the integration is ready?

Yes. Cargizon is fully functional on its own. You can track shipments, extract invoice data with AI, and audit freight bills today. CSV import and export bridges the gap until the direct QuickBooks integration is available.
