Built by an importer who was tired of overpaying.

Cargizon started with one frustrated furniture importer. It is now a platform for any team that brings goods in from overseas.

Why Cargizon exists

Cargizon began with a furniture importer who spent years bringing containers in from overseas. Every week looked the same. Chase freight forwarders for status updates across a dozen carrier sites. Keep purchase orders alive in email and spreadsheets. Pay freight and customs invoices that nobody had time to read line by line.

The delays were frustrating. The billing was worse. Duplicate charges, accessorials that were never quoted, and the occasional invoice billed in the wrong currency all slipped through, because catching them meant checking every line against the original rate. Nobody has time for that. So the errors got paid, month after month.

Cargizon was built to end that. One place to see every shipment, and software that checks the invoices you never get around to.

What we set out to fix

Two problems, really. First, visibility: knowing where every shipment is without logging into ten carrier sites. Second, cost: catching the freight and customs invoice errors that quietly add up.

Most tools handle one or the other. We wanted both in one place, checked automatically, so nothing depends on someone remembering to look.

What Cargizon does today

Cargizon brings orders, shipments, vendors, inventory, and invoices into a single platform. Its AI reads the invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading you forward or upload, and checks every freight and customs invoice against your rate card and shipment data. When a charge is duplicated, was never quoted, or is billed in the wrong currency, Cargizon flags it before you pay.

Who we build for

Cargizon is for growing brands, distributors, and importers who have outgrown spreadsheets. If you bring goods in from overseas and track them by hand today, this was made for you.

We keep it simple on purpose. You should be live in minutes, not stuck in a long implementation, and you should never pay for a mistake you could not see.

Tools we build for the trade

Freight is the work we do every day, so we build free tools for it and put them out in the open, no account needed: an Incoterms 2020 explainer, a CBM and container-fit calculator, a container number lookup, and an ocean transit-time estimator. We build them because this is the work we do, and because knowing freight cold is the whole point.
