How the trial works
- Card on file at signup. Your card is collected when you start the trial but is not charged for 30 days.
- No charge if you cancel before day 30. Cancel any time in account settings - keeps access through the end of the trial.
- Trial usage is free. Shipments you process during the trial don’t count toward overage - your shipment pool starts fresh when your first paid period begins.
- Overage billing.* We email you when you reach 80% of your included inbound shipments so you can decide whether to upgrade. If you go over, extra inbound shipments are billed per shipment, and your total is capped at the price of the next plan up, so going over never costs more than moving up a tier. Scale is the top plan, so its overage has no next-tier cap; if you regularly exceed it, contact us about Custom pricing.
- Upgrade or downgrade any time. Plan changes prorate immediately on upgrade and apply at next renewal on downgrade.
