How the trial works
- Card on file at signup. Your card is collected when you start the trial but is not charged for 30 days.
- No charge if you cancel before day 30. Cancel any time in account settings — keeps access through the end of the trial.
- Trial usage is free. Shipments you process during the trial don’t count toward overage — your shipment pool starts fresh when your first paid period begins.
- Overage billing. If you exceed your plan’s shipment pool in a paid period, the difference is billed at your plan’s overage rate on your next invoice.
- Upgrade or downgrade any time. Plan changes prorate immediately on upgrade and apply at next renewal on downgrade.
